Terms of Service
Last updated: July 12, 2026These terms may be updated when necessary. Accepted commissions will follow the version agreed upon at the time of payment unless both parties agree otherwise.1. Requests* You must be 18 or older.
* Requests must be submitted through my official form. Submitting one does not guarantee acceptance.
* Clear references and a detailed description are required.
* I may decline any request outside my abilities, comfort, or boundaries.2. Pricing & Payment* All prices are starting rates. The final quote depends on complexity, characters, props, backgrounds, accessories, and other details.
* Payments are accepted through PayPal invoices only and must be completed within 2 business days before work begins.
* Waitlist slots may require a 30% deposit. The remaining balance must be paid before starting.
* Payments are generally non-refundable, except in extraordinary circumstances at my discretion.
* Please contact me before opening a chargeback or dispute.3. Process & Revisions* Commissions follow the order shown on my public Trello queue. I do not offer rush orders or queue skipping.
* Turnaround time depends on complexity, workload, health, and availability.
* Minor revisions are included during the sketch stage. Major changes after approval may cost extra.
* Updates about availability, breaks, waitlists, and progress will be posted on Trello and my official channels.4. Communication* Please provide two active contact methods and check your messages regularly.
* Messages outside my working hours will be answered on the next available business day.
* Spam, repeated update requests, flirting, inappropriate messages, and demands for immediate replies are not allowed.5. What I Draw✓ OCs, fursonas, anthros, fictional humans, humanoids, fanart, couples, groups, chibis, fantasy characters, light mecha, SFW, and suggestive or NSFW artwork featuring adults only.Available commission types may change depending on my workload and availability.6. What I Don’t Draw✕ Real people or realistic portraits
✕ Political, propaganda, hateful, discriminatory, or defamatory content
✕ Minors or underage-looking characters in sexual or suggestive situations
✕ Non-consensual, exploitative, abusive, illegal, bestiality, or extreme-gore content
✕ Anything outside my personal boundaries7. Copyright & Usage* Commissions are for personal use only unless commercial rights are discussed and approved beforehand.
* You may share the finished artwork with proper credit.
* You may not claim, resell, trace, recolor, substantially edit, remove my signature, mint as an NFT, use for AI training, or use the artwork commercially without permission.
* WIPs may not be modified, completed, or presented as finished work by the client or another artist.
* I retain copyright and may share the artwork or process in my portfolio, Trello, and social media.
* Private commissions must be requested and approved before payment.8. Inactivity* If you stop responding, you have up to 2 months to contact me.
* After that period, the commission may be considered abandoned and payments will not be refunded.
* Unfinished artwork may be adapted into a YCH or personal project. Your character’s design, markings, and identifying details will not be reused.
* Only the original client may approve changes or payments unless agreed otherwise.9. Privacy & Delivery* Personal information and commission conversations will remain confidential.
* Artwork will be delivered digitally through the agreed contact method.
* Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their files. I am not responsible for files lost after delivery or after a download link expires.10. Conduct* Concerns must be discussed directly and respectfully.
* Harassment, threats, false accusations, chargebacks without prior communication, or misuse of unfinished work may result in cancellation and refusal of future service.11. AgreementBy submitting a request, you confirm that you:Are at least 18 years old.
